ऑपन--माज बछ। अकाल चतुथों5 ध्याय: युधिष्ठटिरका दिव्यलोकमें श्रीकृष्ण, अर्जुन आदिका दर्शन करना वैशम्पायन उवाच ततो युधिष्छिरो राजा देवै: सर्षिमरुद्गणै: । स्तूयमानो ययौ तत्र यत्र ते कुरुपुड्रवा:
Vaiśampāyana uvāca | tato yudhiṣṭhiro rājā devaiḥ saṛṣimarudgaṇaiḥ | stūyamāno yayau tatra yatra te kurupuṅgavāḥ ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana sprach: Daraufhin zog König Yudhiṣṭhira, von den Göttern zusammen mit den ṛṣi und den Scharen der Maruts gepriesen, zu dem Ort, an dem jene Vornehmsten der Kurus weilten.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights that steadfast adherence to dharma culminates in divine affirmation: the righteous are praised by gods and sages, suggesting that ethical integrity aligns a person with cosmic order and leads to an exalted end.
After the final journey, Yudhiṣṭhira is honored by gods, ṛṣis, and the Maruts and is led onward to the place where the foremost Kuru heroes are, indicating his entry into the divine realm and impending reunion with the noble dead.
