Gandhārī’s Confrontation and Consolation of Yudhiṣṭhira
वैरस्यास्य गताः पार हत्वा दुर्योधन रणे । राज्यं युधिष्िर: प्राप्तो वयं च गतमन्यव:,“रणभूमिमें दुर्योधनका वध करके हमलोग इस वैरसे पार हो गये। राजा युधिष्ठिरको राज्य मिल गया और हमलोगोंका क्रोध शान्त हो गया”
vairasyāsya gatāḥ pāra hatvā duryodhana raṇe | rājyaṃ yudhiṣṭhiraḥ prāpto vayaṃ ca gatamanyavaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Nachdem wir Duryodhana auf dem Schlachtfeld erschlagen haben, sind wir über diese Feindschaft hinausgelangt. Yudhiṣṭhira hat das Reich erlangt, und auch unser Zorn ist zur Ruhe gekommen.“
