Daṇḍanīti and the King as the Cause of Yuga-Order (दण्डनीतिः राजधर्मश्च युगकारणत्वम्)
योगक्षेमा: प्रवर्तन्ते प्रजानां नात्र संशय: । वैदिकानि च सर्वाणि भवन्त्यपि गुणान्युत,उस समय प्रजाके योगक्षेम स्वतः सिद्ध होते रहते हैं तथा सर्वत्र वैदिक गुणोंका विस्तार हो जाता है, इसमें संदेह नहीं है
yogakṣemāḥ pravartante prajānāṁ nātra saṁśayaḥ | vaidikāni ca sarvāṇi bhavanty api guṇāny uta ||
Bhīṣma sprach: „Wohlergehen und Sicherheit des Volkes treten von selbst in Wirksamkeit—daran besteht kein Zweifel. Und überall erblühen auch die vedischen Tugenden und Zuchtordnungen in voller Fülle.“
