Kṛṣṇa’s Dhyāna and the Prompt to Question Bhīṣma (कृष्णध्यानं भीष्मप्रश्नप्रेरणा च)

यथा दीपो निवातस्थो निरिज्री ज्वलते पुनः । तथासि भगवन्‌ देव पाषाण इव निश्चल:

yathā dīpo nivātastho nirindhano jvalate punaḥ | tathāsi bhagavan deva pāṣāṇa iva niścalaḥ ||

Yudhiṣṭhira sprach: „Wie eine Lampe an einem windstillen Ort ruhig und gleichmäßig brennt, so bleibst auch du, o seliger Herr, o göttlicher, unbewegt—fest und unerschüttert wie ein Stein.“
