कर्मणा मनसा वाचा विष्णुमेव यजन्ति ते । अन्तर्गत: स भगवान्‌ सर्वसत्त्वशरीरग:,जो देवता, पितर, गुरु, अतिथि, गौ, श्रेष्ठ ब्राह्मण, पृथ्वी और माताकी मन, वाणी एवं क्रियाद्वारा पूजा करते हैं, वे वास्तवमें भगवान्‌ विष्णुकी ही आराधना करते हैं; क्योंकि भगवान्‌ विष्णु समस्त प्राणियोंके शरीरमें अन्तरात्मारूपसे विराजमान हैं

karmaṇā manasā vācā viṣṇum eva yajanti te | antargataḥ sa bhagavān sarvasattvaśarīragaḥ ||

Nārada sprach: Wer durch Tat, Gedanken und Wort verehrt, verehrt in Wahrheit allein Viṣṇu. Denn jener erhabene Herr weilt im Innern, als das innewohnende Selbst in den Körpern aller Lebewesen.

True worship is not limited to ritual; honoring beings and duties with mind, speech, and action is ultimately worship of Viṣṇu, because the Lord dwells as the inner Self in all creatures.
