एकान्तिधर्म-प्रश्नः (Inquiry into Ekāntin Dharma) / The Origin and Practice of Single-Pointed Nārāyaṇa-Centered Discipline
तस्मान्मे संशयं छिन्धि परं कौतूहलं हि मे । त्वं हि सर्वकथारामस्त्वां चैवोपाश्रिता वयम्
tasmān me saṁśayaṁ chindhi paraṁ kautūhalaṁ hi me | tvaṁ hi sarvakathārāmas tvāṁ caivopāśritā vayam, bharataśreṣṭha |
„Darum zerbrich meinen Zweifel; denn große Wissbegier ist in mir erwacht. Du erfreust dich an jeder heiligen Unterweisung, und wir haben uns an dich gelehnt, o Bester der Bharatas. In den Schriften werden die Merkmale derer beschrieben, die von dieser Welt befreit sind—und ebenso hast du die Bewohner von Śvetadvīpa geschildert. Daher meine Ungewissheit; nimm sie hinweg, denn ich sehne mich danach, es zu verstehen.“
