Impermanence, Svabhāva, and Śuka’s Resolve for Yoga

निःसंदिग्धं प्रबुद्धस्त्वं बुध्यमानश्चराचरम्‌ । श्रोतुमिच्छामि तउज्ञानं घृतं मण्डमयं यथा

niḥsaṃdigdhaṃ prabuddhas tvaṃ budhyamānaś carācaram | śrotum icchāmi tad jñānaṃ ghṛtaṃ maṇḍamayaṃ yathā ||

Yājñavalkya sprach: „Ohne den geringsten Zweifel bist du völlig erwacht und begreifst die ganze Welt, das Bewegte wie das Unbewegte. Darum wünsche ich aus deinem Mund jenes wesentliche Wissen zu hören—reich, geläutert und nährend—wie Ghee, gewonnen aus der feinsten Butter.“
