बृहच्चैवमिदं शास्त्रमित्याहुर्विदुषो जना: | अम्मिंश्व शास्त्रे योगानां पुनर्वेदे पुर:सर:
Translation
Vasiṣṭha sprach: „Die Kundigen sagen, diese Śāstra der Sāṅkhya sei groß und weit. Und in dieser Śāstra, in der Śāstra des Yoga sowie im Veda — die als die verlässlichste Autorität gelten — soll der Mensch voranschreiten, um sie zu studieren.“
