तावुभौ तपसोपेताववनीतलचारिणौ । भुज्जानौ मानुषान् भोगान् यथावत् पर्यधावताम्,वे दोनों तपस्वी पृथ्वीतलपर विचरते और मानवीय भोगोंका उपभोग करते हुए यहाँ यथावत््रूपसे परिभ्रमण करने लगे
Transliteration
tāv ubhau tapasopetāv avanītala-cāriṇau | bhuñjānau mānuṣān bhogān yathāvat paryadhāvatām ||
Translation
So zogen die beiden, mit Askese begabt, über die Oberfläche der Erde. Und selbst wenn sie gewöhnliche menschliche Genüsse kosteten, wanderten sie weiterhin in angemessener, disziplinierter Weise umher und hielten ihr Verhalten im Einklang mit dem, was sich ziemt.
