विशेषधर्मा नृपते वर्णानां परिकीर्तिता: । धर्मान्‌ साधारणांस्तात विस्तरेण शृणुष्व मे,महाराज! ये वर्णोंके विशेष धर्म बताये गये हैं। तात! अब उनके साधारण धर्मोंका विस्तारपूर्वक वर्णन मुझसे सुनो

viśeṣa-dharmā nṛpate varṇānāṁ parikīrtitāḥ | dharmān sādhāraṇāṁs tāta vistareṇa śṛṇuṣva me, mahārāja ||
