Chapter 29
नित्यपुष्पफलाश्चैव पादपा निरुपद्रवा: । सर्वा द्रोणदुघा गावो रामे राज्यं प्रशासति,'श्रीरामके राज्यशासनकालमें सभी वृक्ष बिना किसी विघ्न-बाधाके सदा फले-फूले रहते थे और समस्त गौएँ एक-एक दोन दूध देती थीं
nityapuṣpaphalāś caiva pādapā nirupadravāḥ | sarvā droṇadughā gāvo rāme rājyaṃ praśāsati ||
Vāyu sprach: Als Rāma das Reich regierte, waren die Bäume stets mit Blüten und Früchten beladen, frei von jeder Heimsuchung; und alle Kühe gaben Milch in voller Droṇa-Maß.
वायुदेव उवाच
The verse teaches that righteous governance (dharma-based kingship) sustains social welfare and even the natural world: when the ruler is just, prosperity, health, and abundance arise without obstruction.
Vāyu describes the ideal conditions during Rāma’s reign—trees continuously flowering and fruiting and cows producing abundant milk—as an illustration of the harmony and prosperity associated with dharmic rule.
