अहिंसा-प्रधान धर्मविचारः
Ahiṃsā as the Superior Dharma: Practical and Scriptural Reasoning
अधर्मो नास्ति ते मृत्यो संयच्छेमा: प्रजा: शुभे | मया हाक्त मृषा भद्रे भविता नेह किंचन
adharmo nāsti te mṛtyo saṁyacchemāḥ prajāḥ śubhe | mayā hy uktaṁ mṛṣā bhadre bhavitā neha kiṁcana ||
Bhīṣma sprach: „O Tod, keine Unrechtstat wird dir zur Last fallen. O Glückverheißende, halte (oder zügle) diese Geschöpfe zurück. O Sanfte, nichts von dem, was ich hier gesprochen habe, kann jemals falsch werden.“
