एतां बुद्धिं समास्थाय मड़्किरनिर्वेदमागतः । सर्वान् कामान् परित्यज्य प्राप्य ब्रह्म महत्सुखम्
Translation
„Auf diese Einsicht gestützt, gelangte Maḍki zur Ernüchterung und Loslösung von Reichtum und Genüssen. Indem er alle Begierden aufgab, erreichte er Brahman, das große Glück. O König!“
