कुमाराभिषेकप्रश्नः — Inquiry into Kumāra (Skanda) Investiture at Sarasvatī

कारण ब्रूहि कल्याणि किमर्थ ते हृ॒दो हायम्‌ । एवमाकुलतां यात: श्रुत्वा ध्यास्यामहे वयम्‌,“कल्याणि! तुम्हारा यह कुण्ड इस प्रकार रक्तसे मिश्रित क्‍यों हो गया? इसका क्या कारण है? बताओ। उसे सुनकर हमलोग कोई उपाय सोचेंगे”

Transliteration

kāraṇaṁ brūhi kalyāṇi kimarthaṁ te hṛdo hāyam | evam ākulatāṁ yātaḥ śrutvā dhyāsyāmahe vayam ||

Translation

„O Glückverheißende, nenne uns den Grund: Warum ist dieses dein Becken so mit Blut vermischt worden? Was ist die Ursache? Sprich. Wenn wir es gehört haben, werden wir nachsinnen und ein Heilmittel ersinnen.“
