ततः प्रहर्ष: सैन्यानां पुनरासीत् तदा मृथे । पज्चालानां सोमकानां मत्स्यानां च विशेषत:,तदनन्तर उस युद्धस्थलमें पुनः पाण्डव-सैनिकों विशेषतः पांचालों, सोमकों और मत्स्यदेशीय योद्धाओंके मनमें महान् हर्षोल्लास छा गया
tataḥ praharṣaḥ sainyānāṃ punar āsīt tadā mṛdhe | pāñcālānāṃ somakānāṃ matsyānāṃ ca viśeṣataḥ ||
Sañjaya sprach: Darauf erhob sich in jener Schlacht abermals ein Aufschwung der Begeisterung unter den Heeren — besonders in den Reihen der Pāṇḍavas, und am deutlichsten bei den Pāñcālas, den Somakas und den Kriegern von Matsya.
