विसृज्यमान चान्यत्र पुण्याहस्वन एव च । युधिष्ठिरके यज्ञमें कहीं कच्चा अन्न तौला जा रहा था, कहीं पक रहा था, कहीं परोसा जाता था और वहीं ब्राह्मणोंके पुण्याहवाचनकी ध्वनि सुनायी पड़ती थी
visṛjyamānaṃ cānyatra puṇyāhasvana eva ca |
Duryodhana schildert das geschäftige Treiben in Yudhiṣṭhiras Opferstätte: an einem Ort wurden Vorräte abgemessen und verteilt, anderswo wurde gekocht, anderswo wurde aufgetragen; und die ganze Zeit hindurch war der glückverheißende Klang der Brahmanen zu hören, die die puṇyāha-Segenssprüche rezitierten.
