Adhyāya 45 — Duryodhana’s Distress, Śakuni’s Counsel, and the Summons for Dyūta

आपूृच्छे त्वां गमिष्यामि द्वारकां कुरुनन्दन । राजसूयं क्रतुश्रेष्ठं दिष्ट्या त्वं प्राप्तानसि,“कुरुनन्दन! मैं आपकी आज्ञा चाहता हूँ, अब मैं द्वारकापुरीको जाऊँगा। सौभाग्यसे आपने सब यज्ञोंमें उत्तम राजसूयका सम्पादन कर लिया”

āpṛcche tvāṃ gamiṣyāmi dvārakāṃ kurunandana | rājasūyaṃ kratuśreṣṭhaṃ diṣṭyā tvaṃ prāptān asi ||

Vaiśampāyana sprach: „O Wonne der Kurus, ich nehme Abschied von dir; nun werde ich nach Dvārakā aufbrechen. Durch glückliche Fügung hast du das Rājasūya erlangt und vollendet, das erhabenste unter den Opfern.“
