Arjuna’s Northern Conquests and Tribute Collection
हयैर्दिव्यै: समायुक्तो रथो वायुसमो जवे । अधिष्तित: स शुशुभे कृष्णेनातीव भारत,वह रथ वायुके समान वेगशाली था, उसमें दिव्य घोड़े जुते हुए थे। भारत! श्रीकृष्णके बैठ जानेसे उस दिव्य रथकी बड़ी शोभा हो रही थी
hayair divyaiḥ samāyukto ratho vāyusamo jave | adhiṣṭhitaḥ sa śuśubhe kṛṣṇenātīva bhārata ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: Mit himmlischen Rossen angespannt, war der Wagen so schnell wie der Wind. Und, o Bhārata, als Kṛṣṇa ihn bestieg, erstrahlte dieser prächtige Wagen in noch größerem Glanz.
