Shloka 9

मा व्यथां कुरु राधेय नैवं त्वय्युपपद्यते,'राधानन्दन! तुम खेद न करो, तुम्हें यह शोभा नहीं देता है। ये राजालोग भीमसेनके भयसे पीड़ित हो भागे जा रहे हैं। अपने भाइयोंकी मृत्युसे दु:खित हो राजा दुर्योधन भी किंकर्तव्यविमूढ़ हो गया है

mā vyathāṁ kuru rādhēya naivaṁ tvayy upapadyate |

Sañjaya sprach: „Gib dich nicht dem Kummer hin, o Sohn der Rādhā; solche Niedergeschlagenheit ziemt dir nicht. Selbst diese Könige, vom Schrecken vor Bhīmasena gepeinigt, fliehen. Auch König Duryodhana, betrübt über den Tod seiner Brüder, ist ratlos geworden, was zu tun sei.“
