त्वया नाथेन गोविन्द ध्रुव एव जयो मम । प्रसन्नो यस्य मेडद्य त्वं लोके भूतभविष्यकृत्
tvayā nāthena govinda dhruva eva jayo mama | prasanno yasya medadya tvaṁ loke bhūtabhaviṣyakṛt ||
Sañjaya sprach: „O Govinda! Da du mein Herr und Beschützer bist, ist mein Sieg im Krieg gewiss. Du bist der Schöpfer dessen, was war, und dessen, was sein wird in dieser Welt. Wenn du einem gnädig bist — ja, mir heute — welcher Zweifel könnte dann am Sieg bestehen?“
