को हि शक्तो रणे जेतुं कौरवांस्तात संयुगे | अन्यत्र पाण्डवान् युद्धे त्वया गुप्तानू महारथान्
ko hi śakto raṇe jetuṃ kauravāṃs tāta saṃyuge | anyatra pāṇḍavān yuddhe tvayā guptān mahārathān ||
Sañjaya sprach: „Mein Lieber, wer könnte in der Schlacht die Kauravas besiegen — außer den großen Wagenkriegern der Pāṇḍavas, die unter deinem Schutz stehen?“
