ko hi śakto raṇe pārtha bhāratānāṃ mahārathau | bhīṣma-droṇau yudhā jetuṃ śakra-tulya-parākramau ||
Sañjaya sprach: „O Pārtha, wer unter den Bhāratas hätte im Kampf die Kraft besessen, in der Schlacht jene zwei großen Wagenkrieger—Bhīṣma und Droṇa—zu besiegen, deren Tapferkeit der Indras glich?“
