इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत कर्णपर्वमें संजय-वाक्यविषयक छठा अध्याय पूरा हुआ,संजय उवाच यस्मिन्‌ महास्त्राणि समर्पितानि चित्राणि शुभ्राणि चतुर्विधानि । दिव्यानि राजन विहितानि चैव द्रोणेन वीरे द्विजसत्तमेन

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca

yasmin mahāstrāṇi samarpitāni citrāṇi śubhrāṇi caturvidhāni |

divyāni rājan vihitāni caiva droṇena vīre dvijasattamena ||

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: „O König, in jenem Abschnitt wurden die großen Waffen dargelegt—mannigfaltig und strahlend—von vier Arten; wahrlich göttlicher Natur, und ordnungsgemäß geordnet und gelehrt von Droṇa, dem Helden, dem Besten der Brahmanen.“
