नाराचेन सुतीक्ष्णेन सर्वावरणभेदिना । तब कर्णने कई बाण मारकर भीमसेनके धनुषके बीचसे ही दो टुकड़े कर दिये। धनुष कट जानेपर उनकी छातीमें समस्त आवरणोंका भेदन करनेवाले अत्यन्त तीखे नाराचसे गहरी चोट पहुँचायी
