Karṇa’s Pressure on the Pāñcālas; Duryodhana Disabled; Arjuna’s Counter-Advance
जातो$हं यज्वनां वंशे संग्रामेष्वनिवर्तिनाम् । राज्ञां मूर्थाभिषिक्तानां स्वयं धर्मपरायण:
jāto 'haṃ yajvanāṃ vaṃśe saṃgrāmeṣv anivartinām | rājñāṃ mūrdhābhiṣiktānāṃ svayaṃ dharmaparāyaṇaḥ ||
Sañjaya sprach: „Ich wurde in einer Linie von Opfernden geboren, von denen, die in der Schlacht niemals zurückweichen—unter Königen, die durch königliche Salbung geweiht sind; und auch ich selbst bin dem Dharma ergeben.“
