कर्णभीमसमागमः | Karṇa–Bhīma Encounter

एतदर्थ विदित्वापि सारथ्यमुपजग्मिवान्‌ । स्वयंभूरिव रुद्रस्य कृष्ण: पार्थस्य भारत,क्योंकि श्रीकृष्ण भी भूत और भविष्यको यथार्थरूपसे जानते हैं। भारत! इस विषयको अच्छी तरह जानकर ही रुद्रके सारथि ब्रह्माजीके समान श्रीकृष्ण पार्थके सारथि बने हुए हैं

etad-arthaṃ viditvāpi sārathyam upajagmivān | svayambhūr iva rudrasya kṛṣṇaḥ pārthasya bhārata ||

Śalya sprach: „Obwohl er Sinn und Folge dessen vollkommen kannte, übernahm Kṛṣṇa dennoch die Aufgabe des Wagenlenkers. O Bhārata, wie Svayambhū (Brahmā) der Wagenlenker Rudras wurde, so ist Kṛṣṇa der Wagenlenker Pārthas (Arjunas) geworden.“
