तेषां पितामह: प्रीतो वरद: प्रददौ बरम्
teṣāṃ pitāmahaḥ prīto varadaḥ pradadau varam | nibodha manasā cātra na te kāryā vicāraṇā ||
Duryodhana sprach: „Ihr Ahnvater (Brahmā), erfreut und stets ein Spender von Gaben, gewährte ihnen einen Segen. Höre mit festem Sinn; du brauchst weder zu zweifeln noch zu zaudern.“
