Transliteration

tataḥ karṇo 'bhyayād enam asyann asyantam antikāt

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: Da stürmte Karṇa auf ihn zu und schleuderte aus nächster Nähe Waffen gegen den, der selbst Geschosse warf—und drängte den Kampf in unmittelbare, tödliche Nähe.
