ते यूयं सहिता: सर्वे भृशं यत्ता महारथा: । द्रोणं रक्षत पाञ्चालादू धृष्टद्युम्नान्महारथात्,“इसलिये तुम सब महारथी एक साथ होकर पूर्णतः प्रयत्नशील रहते हुए पांचाल महारथी धृष्टद्युम्नसे द्रोणाचार्यकी रक्षा करो
te yūyaṃ sahitāḥ sarve bhṛśaṃ yattā mahārathāḥ | droṇaṃ rakṣata pāñcālāddhṛṣṭadyumnān mahārathāt ||
Sañjaya sprach: „Darum sollt ihr alle, ihr großen Wagenkämpfer, geschlossen stehen und euch mit äußerster Anstrengung mühen. Schützt Droṇācārya vor dem Pāñcāla-Helden, dem mächtigen Dhṛṣṭadyumna.“
