Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | chādayāmāsa pārtho 'tha karṇas tu vijayaṃ śaraiḥ |

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: Da überschüttete Pārtha (Arjuna) den heranstürmenden Karṇa mit einem Hagel geradfliegender Pfeile; und Karṇa wiederum bedeckte Arjuna mit seinen eigenen Geschossen.
