विमुज्चन्‌ विशिखांस्ती क्षणनाचार्य भृशमार्दयत्‌ | महामेघो यथा वर्ष विमुञ्चन्‌ गन्धमादने,उन्होंने गन्धमादन पर्वतपर पानी बरसानेवाले महामेघके समान पैने बाणोंकी वर्षा करके आचार्य द्रोणको अत्यन्त पीड़ित कर दिया

Transliteration

vimujcan viśikhāṁs tī kṣaṇenācāryaṁ bhṛśam ārdayat | mahāmegho yathā varṣaṁ vimuñcan gandhamādane ||

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: In einem Augenblick ließ er einen Schauer scharfer Pfeile los und bedrängte den Lehrer Droṇa schwer—wie eine gewaltige Regenwolke, die auf Gandhamādana Sturzbäche niedergehen lässt.
