Transliteration

tathā tau bhṛśa-saṅkruddhau rākṣasendrī mahābalau

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: So traten jene beiden—von heftigem Zorn erfüllt—hervor wie ein mächtiger Herr der rākṣasas und eine rākṣasī; ihre Kraft schwoll mit der Wut. Der Vers betont, dass Zorn, wenn er nicht gezügelt wird, zu einer Macht wird, die die Gewalt steigert und das Herz im Krieg verhärtet.
