भीष्मभीमसमागमः — Bhīṣma–Bhīma Strategic Engagement and Counsel to the King
स्थितं रणाय महते भीष्मेण युधि पालितम् । महाराज! इस प्रकार महारथियोंके द्वारा व्यूहबद्ध होकर आपकी सेना महायुद्धके लिये खड़ी थी और भीष्म युद्धस्थलमें उसकी रक्षा करते थे
sthitaṁ raṇāya mahate bhīṣmeṇa yudhi pālitam | mahārāja! evaṁ mahārathibhir vyūhabaddhā bhavatī senā mahāyuddhāya sthitā, bhīṣmaś ca yuddhasthale tasyā rakṣāṁ karoti sma |
Sañjaya sprach: „O großer König, so stand dein Heer—von mächtigen Wagenkriegern in Schlachtordnung gebracht—bereit für den großen Krieg; und auf dem Feld bewachte und stützte Bhīṣma es.“
