ततो गाण्डीवनिर्घोष: प्रादुरासीद्‌ विशाम्पते | दक्षिणेन वरूथिन्या: पार्थस्यारीन्‌ विनिघ्नत:,प्रजानाथ! तदनन्तर शत्रुओंका संहार करते हुए अर्जुनके गाण्डीवधनुषका घोष सेनाके दक्षिणभागसे प्रकट हुआ

Transliteration

tato gāṇḍīvanirghoṣaḥ prādurāsīd viśāmpate | dakṣiṇena varūthinyāḥ pārthasyārīn vini-ghnataḥ ||

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: „Dann, o Herr der Menschen, wurde vom rechten Flügel des Heeres her das donnernde Dröhnen von Arjunas Gāṇḍīva-Bogen vernehmbar, während Pārtha seine Feinde niederschlug.“
