पार्थस्तु विष्टभ्य बलेन पादौ भीष्मान्तिकं तूर्णमभिद्रवन्तम् । बलान्निजग्राह हरिं किरीटी पदे5थ राजन् दशमे कथज्चित्,राजन! तब किरीटथारी अर्जुनने भीष्मके निकट बड़े वेगसे जाते हुए श्रीहरिके चरणोंको बलपूर्वक पकड़ लिया और किसी प्रकार दसवें कदमपर पहुँचते-पहुँचते उन्हें रोका
pārthas tu viṣṭabhya balena pādau bhīṣmāntikaṁ tūṛṇam abhidravantam | balān nijagrāha hariṁ kirīṭī pade daśame 'tha rājan kathaṁcit ||
Sañjaya sprach: Da stemmte Pārtha (Arjuna) die Füße mit aller Kraft in den Boden und packte Hari (Kṛṣṇa) an den Füßen, als er in Eile auf Bhīṣma zustürmte.
