Educational Q&A

If one steadily practices the Lord’s teaching with faith and without fault-finding (anasūyā), one becomes free from the binding effects of karma—action remains, but bondage to its results is dissolved.

In the battlefield dialogue, Arjuna is receiving instruction on disciplined action. This verse states the fruit of sincerely following that instruction: even ordinary people who practice it faithfully and without cynical criticism are liberated from karmic bondage.
