अभीषाहा: शूरसेना: शिबयो5थ वसातय: । शाल्वाश्रयास्त्रिगर्ताश्न॒ अम्बष्ठा: केकयै: सह

Transliteration

abhīṣāhāḥ śūrasenāḥ śibayo 'tha vasātayaḥ | śālvāśrayās trigartāś ca ambaṣṭhāḥ kekayaiḥ saha ||

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: „Die Abhīṣāhas, die Śūrasenas, die Śibis und die Vasātis; jene, die bei den Śālvas Zuflucht fanden; die Trigartas und die Ambaṣṭhas zusammen mit den Kekayas — all diese hochgemuten Krieger konnten, obwohl von Pfeilen durchbohrt und von Wunden gepeinigt, Bhīṣma auf dem Schlachtfeld nicht verlassen, während er gegen Arjuna kämpfte.“
