दशमे<5हनि राजेन्द्र भीष्मार्जुनसमागमे । आसीद् गाज्ज इवावर्तो मुहूर्तमुदधेरिव
daśame ’hani rājendra bhīṣmārjuna-samāgame | āsīd gāṅgāmbhasi vāvarto muhūrtam udadher iva ||
Sañjaya sprach: „O König, am zehnten Tag, als Bhīṣma und Arjuna im Kampf aufeinandertrafen, erschien die Szene für einen kurzen Augenblick wie ein gewaltiger Strudel, der sich im Ozean erhebt—wie das Aufwühlen der Wasser, wenn die Gaṅgā ins Meer stürzt.“
