पश्यतां कुरुवीराणां सर्वेषां तव भारत । चर्माथादत्त गाड़ेयो जातरूपपरिष्कृतम्‌

Transliteration

paśyatāṃ kuruvīrāṇāṃ sarveṣāṃ tava bhārata | carmāthādattagāḍeyo jātarūpapariṣkṛtam ||

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: „O Bhārata, während alle Helden der Kuru zusahen, wurde eine fest angelegte Schutzbedeckung angelegt—wohl passend und mit Gold veredelt.“
