परिक्षीणे कुले यस्माज्जातोडयमभिमन्युज:
parikṣīṇe kule yasmāj jāto ’yam abhimanyujaḥ
Vaiśampāyana sagte: „Da dieser Sohn Abhimanyus geboren wurde, als das Geschlecht beinahe erschöpft war, ist die Fortdauer der Familie wiederhergestellt und die Gefahr des Erlöschens abgewendet.“
