Uttanka’s Viśvarūpa Request and the ‘Uttanka Clouds’ Boon (उत्तङ्क-विष्वरूप-दर्शनम्)
यदा त्वहं देवयोनौ वर्तामि भूगुनन्दन । तदाहं देववत् सर्वमाचरामि न संशय:,भृगुनन्दन! जब मैं देवयोनिमें अवतार लेता हूँ, तब देवताओंकी ही भाँति सारे आचार- विचारका पालन करता हूँ, इसमें संशय नहीं है
yadā tv ahaṃ devayonau vartāmi bhṛgunandana | tadāhaṃ devavat sarvam ācarāmi na saṃśayaḥ ||
O Wonne des Geschlechts der Bhṛgus! Wann immer ich meinen Lauf in einer göttlichen Geburt nehme, verhalte ich mich in jeder Hinsicht wie die Götter selbst—daran besteht kein Zweifel.
