When the mind becomes serene through yoga, one perceives all beings within the inner self (heart-consciousness). This vision culminates in realizing the self-luminous Supreme Reality—described as subtler than the subtlest—indicating liberation through inward clarity and universal, non-separative awareness.
Vāyudeva is instructing about yogic realization: he describes the experiential sign of spiritual maturity—seeing all beings inwardly—and the resulting attainment of the unsurpassed Supreme (Paramātman/Brahman).
