प्रत्यब्रुवं महाबाहो यथाश्रुतमरिंदम । शत्रुदमन महाबाहु माधव! उस ब्राह्मणके इस प्रकार पूछनेपर मैंने जैसा सुना था वैसा ही उसे बताया
pratyabruvaṃ mahābāho yathāśrutam ariṃdama | śatrudamana mahābāhu mādhava! |
Ich erwiderte, o Starkarmiger, genau so, wie ich es gehört hatte, o Bezwinger der Feinde. O Mādhava, als jener Brahmane mich auf diese Weise befragte, berichtete ich ihm die Begebenheit so, wie sie überliefert worden war — ohne Verzerrung.
