ततः पीत्वा बलभित्‌ सोममग्रयं ये चाप्यन्ये सोमपा देवसंघा: । सर्वेडनुज्ञाता: प्रययु: पार्थिवेन यथाजोष॑ तर्पिता: प्रीतिमन्‍्त:,तत्पश्चात्‌ इन्द्र तथा सोमपानके अधिकारी अन्य देवताओंने उत्तम सोमरसका पान किया। इससे सबको तृप्ति एवं प्रसन्नता हुई। फिर सब देवता राजा मरुत्तकी अनुमति लेकर अपने-अपने स्थानको चले गये

tataḥ pītvā balabhit somam agryaṃ ye cāpy anye somapā devasaṅghāḥ | sarve 'nujñātāḥ prayayuḥ pārthivena yathājoṣaṃ tarpitāḥ prītimantaḥ ||

Dann trank Balabhit (Indra) den erlesensten Soma, und auch die anderen Götterscharen, die Soma trinken, kosteten jenen vortrefflichen Saft. Vollauf gesättigt und erfreut zogen sie alle—nachdem sie die Erlaubnis des Königs empfangen hatten—davon, ein jeder in seine eigene Wohnstatt.
