धृतराष्ट्र-सत्कारः तथा श्राद्ध-दाने नियमनम् | Honoring Dhṛtarāṣṭra and Regulating Śrāddha-Gifts

कुरुते द्वेष्पतामेति स कौन्तेयस्य धीमत: । जो कोई मनुष्य राजा धुृतराष्ट्रका थोड़ा-सा भी अप्रिय कर देता, वह बुद्धिमान्‌ कुन्तीकुमार युधिष्ठिरके द्वेषका पात्र बन जाता था

kurute dveṣpatām eti sa kaunteyasya dhīmataḥ |

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Wer auch nur das Geringste tat, was König Dhṛtarāṣṭra missfiel, wurde sogleich zum Gegenstand der Feindschaft Yudhiṣṭhiras, des weisen Sohnes der Kuntī. Dies zeigt seinen wachsamen Schutz des betagten Königs und seine Verpflichtung zu rechtschaffener Obhut gemäß dem Dharma.
