यश्च शास्त्रमधीयीत ऋषिभि: परिपालितम्‌ | स गच्छेद्‌ ब्रह्मणो लोकमव्ययं च नरोत्तम,नरश्रेष्ठल जो ऋषियोंद्वारा सुरक्षित इस शास्त्रका अध्ययन करता है, वह अविनाशी ब्रह्मधामको प्राप्त होता है

yaś ca śāstram adhīyīta ṛṣibhiḥ paripālitam | sa gacched brahmaṇo lokam avyayaṃ ca narottama ||

Agastya sprach: „Der Beste der Menschen, der diese heilige Lehre studiert—von den ṛṣis bewahrt und behütet—gelangt zur unvergänglichen Welt des Brahman.“
