Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)
ततो मां दर्शयामासु: स्वप्नान्ते पितरस्तथा । प्रीयमाणास्तु मामूचु: प्रीता: सम भरतर्षभ
tato māṁ darśayāmāsuḥ svapnānte pitaras tathā | prīyamāṇās tu mām ūcuḥ prītāḥ sam bharatarṣabha ||
Dann, am Ende eines Traumes, erschienen mir die Pitṛs, die Ahnenväter, und zeigten sich mir. Wohlgefällig sprachen sie zu mir: „Wir sind zufrieden“, o Stier unter den Bharatas — und gaben so ihre Zustimmung und ihren Segen.
