सत्येन सूर्यस्तपति सत्येनाग्नि: प्रदीप्यते । सत्येन मरुतो वान्ति सर्व सत्ये प्रतिेष्ठितम्
satyena sūryas tapati satyenāgniḥ pradīpyate | satyena maruto vānti sarvaṃ satye pratiṣṭhitam ||
Bhīṣma sprach: Durch Wahrheit spendet die Sonne Wärme; durch Wahrheit lodert das Feuer. Durch Wahrheit wehen die Winde. Ja, alles ist auf Wahrheit gegründet.
