कुशिक उवाच
This verse is a colophon that signals the completion of a teaching unit: the Dāna-dharma discussion framed as a dialogue between Cyavana and Kuśika. Its ethical emphasis is that giving (dāna) is treated as a significant limb of dharma within the Anuśāsana Parva’s instructional material.
The narrative discourse concludes: the text formally closes the fifty-fifth chapter on the subject of the Cyavana–Kuśika dialogue within the Dāna-dharma section of the Anuśāsana Parva.
