Cyavana–Kuśika Dialogue on Lineage, Conflict, and Transmission
गम्यतां स्वपुरं पुत्र विश्रान्त: पुनरेष्यसि । इहस्थं मां सभार्यस्त्वं द्रष्टासि श्वो नराधिप,“बेटा! इस समय तुम अपने नगरमें जाओ और अपनी थकावट दूर करके कल खबेरे अपनी पत्नीके साथ फिर यहाँ आना। नरेश्वर! कल पत्नीसहित तुम मुझे यहीं देखोगे
gamyatāṁ svapuraṁ putra viśrāntaḥ punareṣyasi | ihasthaṁ māṁ sabhāryas tvaṁ draṣṭāsi śvo narādhipa ||
Bhishma sprach: „Mein Sohn, geh nun in deine Stadt. Ruhe dich aus und erhole dich, dann wirst du wiederkehren. O König, morgen wirst du mich hier sehen, und du wirst zusammen mit deiner Gemahlin kommen.“
